RESPONSIBILITY:
The Service Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of service and preventitave maintenance for the LA and San Diego county area.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The Service Manager is responsible for hiring, training and managing the service operations staff to ensure exceptional delivery of energy and control retrofit and services to our customers. The Service Manager must be capable of supporting sales and serving as a member of the selling team. The Service Manager will also play a vital role in contract negotiation, change order management, risk and contract management and document control. Candidate must have proven results in meeting revenue and gross margin goals utilizing effective cost management skills, must possess solid management and skills, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and have some experience in financial and staffing forecasting.
